We have kept bees for 15 years now, mainly as a hobby, however for many years Tammy has been selling our extra honey on local Farmers Markets, earning her the nickname “Honey Lady.”
We call our honey “Wildflower Honey.” We don’t plant any particular crop on our 68 acres, nor do any of our neighbors. So the bees collect nectar from any flower they can find.
The honey is not processed or heated in any way; it goes from the hive straight into the jar.
